National coverage
At the national level, there are several logistics centers comprising a total of 16 warehouses, with a combined surface area of over 60,000 square meters:

Of these, 14 pharmaceutical warehouses are authorized by the National Agency for Medicines and Medical Devices of Romania (NAMMD) for the wholesale distribution of human-use medicines. These 14 warehouses are also authorized to distribute other categories of products, such as food supplements, medical devices, cosmetics, and biocides.
The remaining two warehouses are non-pharma, not authorized for medicine distribution, and are used exclusively for other product categories (food supplements, medical devices, cosmetics, biocides, etc.). These are located in Timiș and Mogoșoaia.
Fildas Trading owns its own fleet of vehicles dedicated to the transport of medicines, all equipped in accordance with the Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelines for the wholesale distribution of medicinal products.
The Fildas Trading warehouses are operated by qualified professional staff – pharmacists, pharmacy assistants, data processing operators, and tele-sales operators – all with extensive experience in the wholesale distribution of medicines.
All Fildas Trading warehouses are certified and comply with the ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2023 standards.
At present, Fildas Trading supplies more than 5,000 pharmacies and approximately 300 hospitals across Romania.
